Taste the black soybean tea that offers a distinct aroma unique to black soybeans, along with a natural sweetness achieved through two different roasting methods and a two-stage brewing process. At mamedou, you can indulge in delicious and healthy dishes, including our original roast beef sandwich made with local beef, soup crafted from seasonal, locally sourced vegetables, and sweets made with black soybeans, Tamba chestnuts, and Dainagon azuki beans.
