Rules of Use
To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, our facility has established the following Rules of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) in accordance with Article 10 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts. We kindly ask for your cooperation. Additionally, we request that you follow the instructions provided by our staff in line with both the Rules and the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts.
Should guests not adhere to the Rules, our facility reserves the right to refuse accommodation or the use of our facility in accordance with Article 6 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts.
We will not be responsible for any damages suffered by the guest due to their failure to comply with the Rules. Additionally, should the guest cause any kind of damage to our facility, they may be required to provide compensation.
Use of Our Facility
- Please do not use the guest room for commercial purposes or commercial gain, or for any other purpose than accommodation.
- Advertising materials may not be distributed or displayed, and goods may not be sold on our facility’s premises without prior permission from us.
- Promotional activities, including the distribution of leaflets and the signing of petitions, are not permitted on our facility’s premises.
- Orders from outside restaurants, as well as food and beverages from outside, may not be brought in without prior consent from us.
- No items may be displayed that could alter the appearance of our facility.
- Unless otherwise agreed by us, minors are not permitted to stay at our facility without an adult.
Use of the Guest Rooms
- For security purposes, please ensure the room is locked during your stay.
- If a visitor arrives during your stay, verify their identity while keeping the door locked. Exercise caution and avoid unlocking the door without making a thorough assessment of the situation at hand. Should you encounter any kind of suspicious behavior, please contact the concierge immediately.
- Please refrain from using guest rooms for meetings with visitors.
- Only registered guests and their accompanying guests, as specified in Article 8 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts, are permitted in guest rooms. Please do not admit or allow individuals other than those covered by your reservation to stay in the room.
- In accordance with Article 17 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts, our staff may enter the guest room and move your belongings. We advise you to take responsibility for managing any cash or valuables yourself. Should you have any items you prefer not to be moved, please notify the staff in advance.
Public Areas
- Please familiarize yourself with the evacuation route map and# emergency exits.
- Access to emergency facilities is prohibited, except in emergencies and# other likewise unavoidable circumstances.
- Access to areas designated for employees is prohibited.
Hygiene Standards
If a guest is suspected of falling into any of the following categories, we may request that they refrain from staying at our facility, from using any equipment on the premises, or we may restrict their movement within the facility:
- If the guest is suspected of being infected with norovirus or other types of food poisoning.
- If the guest is suspected of being infected with a contagious disease as defined under the Act on the Prevention of Infectious Diseases and Medical Care for Patients with Infectious Diseases, and its enforcement regulations.
- If the guest exhibits symptoms similar to those described above. In such cases, our facility may refuse to enter into an Accommodation Contract with the guest.。
Filming and Recording
Filming or recording for commercial purposes or profit is strictly prohibited on our facility’s premises. Additionally, private filming or recording may not be used for commercial purposes or profit without our prior consent.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited within our facility, including all indoor and outdoor areas. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and heated tobacco products. Please note that, should a guest violate this policy, they may be required to compensate for cleaning costs, lost profits, and any other related damages, including attorney’s fees.
Public Order and Morality
- Gambling, conduct that disrupts public morals, and speech or behavior that violates public order and morality are strictly prohibited.
- Firearms, weapons, narcotics, and any other items prohibited by law are not allowed on our facility’s premises.
- Items that pose a threat to the safety of our staff or large quantities of items that may interfere with the operation or use of our facility are prohibited on our facility’s premises.
- If a guest or their accompanying guests are found to be members of an organized crime group or an antisocial organization as defined by the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members, we reserve the right to refuse them all future use of our facility.
- If it is determined that a guest or an individual associated with the guest has committed assault, threats, extortion, coercion, or obstruction by force, we reserve the right to refuse them future use of our facility.
- In the event that a guest or an individual associated with the guest violates any laws or regulations, or if there is reasonable belief that such an act has occurred, we reserve the right to refuse them all future use of our facility.
Preservation of Our Property and Equipment
- Equipment and furnishings within our facility’s premises may not be relocated, altered, or used for purposes other than their intended use.
- Bringing flammable materials, such as gunpowder or volatile oils, into our facility is prohibited.
- The use of heating or cooking appliances in the guest rooms is prohibited.
- Any acts that pose a fire hazard within our facility’s premises are prohibited.
- Should any of the guest’s actions result in loss, damage, defacement, or unpleasant odors to our building, equipment, furnishings, or plants, the guest may be required to pay compensation for said damage.
Belongings and Lost Items
- If there are any costs associated with returning lost items to a guest, the guest will be responsible for these expenses.
- If a guest intentionally leaves oversized garbage or personal belongings that incur disposal costs in their guest room, public areas, or any other part of our facility’s premises, the guest will be responsible for any reasonable disposal costs incurred by our facility (hereinafter collectively referred to as “disposal costs”), in addition to any legally required disposal fees. If it is reasonably determined that the belongings were intentionally abandoned, or if no notification is received regarding the personal belongings within the designated storage period after check-out, the items will be considered abandoned, and their ownership to be relinquished.

Should you need to dispose of personal belongings such as suitcases, please do not leave them in our facility. Be sure to consult with our concierge beforehand.
Payment Terms
- Prior to the use of our facility, we may request a deposit or verify your credit card information.
- We will not cover expenses incurred outside our facility, such as taxi fees or shopping costs, nor will we include these charges in your payment at check-out.
- If you wish to pay all fees incurred within our facility at check-out, please keep items that indicate your room number such as your room key on yourself at all times so you can show them to our staff.
- Even if you wish to settle all fees at check-out, we may request payment during your stay. Please note that if payment is not made promptly, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation thereafter.
- We only accept payment in Japanese yen, along with credit cards and other payment methods approved by our system.
- Should you wish to change your reservation plan, please consult with the concierge. Should you decide to extend your stay beyond the original reservation, a new Accommodation Contract will be required, and payment will be requested at the end of the initial contract period.
Use of Our Parking Area
- Our parking area is available exclusively to guests using our facilities.
- Please slow down and follow the instructions of our staff and any posted signs within our parking area.
- Please ensure that the engine is turned off when leaving your vehicle.
- Do not leave your vehicle with small children, pets, or valuables unattended inside under any circumstances.
- Please be sure to lock your vehicle when leaving it unattended.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, or any damage that occurs in our parking area.
- We are not responsible for any accidents or disputes between guests that occur in our parking area.
- Vehicles parked without our approval after the day following the check-out date will be considered abandoned.
Website Terms of Use
Odagaki Co., Ltd. has established the following rules of use for guests using our reservation system (hereinafter referred to as the “System”). Please review and agree to them before using the System.
Article 1: Services Provided through the System
The Guest may make reservations for certain products and services we offer.
Article 2: Requirements for Using the System
The following items are required to use the System:
- An email account capable of sending and receiving messages.
- A personal computer or smartphone with internet access.
Article 3: Eligibility and Conditions for System Users
Only users who agree to the Terms of Use are eligible to use the System.
By making a reservation, the user is deemed to have agreed to the Terms of Use and is expected to comply with them.
Article 4: Effects Caused by the User’s Environment
The System is designed to operate in a standard computing environment, where basic settings such as language display (of Japanese characters) and email functionality are correctly configured. We are not responsible for any issues or consequences arising from a user’s environment failing to meet these requirements, except where it is proven that the cause is directly attributable to us.
Furthermore, even if a user’s computer meets the required conditions above, we will not be responsible for any improper operation of the System or any issues arising from such operation due to factors beyond our control, such as the user’s computer settings, except where it is proven that the cause is directly attributable to us.
Article 5: Important Notes for Using the System
The services provided through the System do not guarantee any advantages over those provided by third-party entities, such as online travel agencies. Therefore, users may encounter situations where reservations cannot be made owing to lack of room availability.
Article 6: Compliance with Rules for Using Reserved Products and Services
When using reserved products and services, users are required to comply with the separately established Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts and Rules of Use.
Article 7: Making a Reservation
- Please input the necessary personal information in the reservation form for the product or service you wish to reserve.
- If there is any incomplete or inaccurate information on the reservation form, the reservation may be subject to cancellation.
Article 8: Establishment of Reservation
A reservation is considered established when the page displaying the reservation details appear on the user’s computer screen.
Article 9: Cancellation or Change of Reservation
To cancel or make changes to a reservation made through the System, users must use their designated ID and password.
Article 10: Penalty Fees
If an accommodation reservation is canceled due to reasons attributable to the user, a penalty fee will be charged as outlined in the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts.

The handling of personal information on our website is described in our Privacy Policy. Please refer to this for more details.
Article 12: Responsibility of the User
- The user is responsible for any actions or consequences arising from their use of the System or their email account, except in cases where the issue is caused by our negligence. Additionally, if the user causes damage to a third party while using the System, the user is responsible for resolving the dispute with the third party at their own expense.
- If a user causes damage to us or the System due to any of the following actions, we reserve the right to charge the user for the full amount of the damage:
- Violation of the Terms of Use, as well as the separately established Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts and Rules of Use.
- Sending or writing harmful computer programs.
- Sending or inputting third-party information.
- Using the System for purposes other than personal use, without our consent.
- Any other violation of applicable laws and regulations in Japan.
Article 13: Compliance with General Terms and Conditions
- Users are expected to adhere to general manners, morals, and technical guidelines for internet usage when using the System.
- The use of the System for commercial purposes, including providing paid arrangement services, is strictly prohibited.
Article 14: Suspension of Use
Users may be denied access to the System and our facility should they engage in actions deemed inappropriate by us, including actions that cause trouble or harm to a third party or actions that may interfere with our services.
Article 15: Temporary Interruption of Use
We may temporarily interrupt access to the System under the following circumstances, without prior notice or consent from customers:
- For maintenance or development of the System.
- When operation becomes difficult due to an emergency, such as a natural disaster or incident, or if such a situation is suspected to occur.
- If we determine that a temporary interruption is necessary for the proper operation of our website and the System.
Article 16: Changes in the System’s Content
The operation and content of the System may be changed at our discretion, without prior notice to users. We recommend reviewing the Terms of Use each time you access the System.
Article 17: Laws and Regulations Governing the System
The handling of the System is governed by the laws and regulations in effect in Japan.
Article 18: Amendment of Rules
- The Terms of Use are considered general terms under the Civil Code, and each article may be modified in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code when such changes are deemed to serve the general interest of users or when there are compelling reasons that necessitate such changes.
- Any changes to the Terms of Use will be posted on the website designated by us and take effect on the effective date specified in the notice.
Article 19: Validity of Rules
The Terms of Use shall take effect on January 1, 2025, Japan Standard Time.
